The life in the Badminton Club is very interesting and funny. Every time when I went to the Nanjing Normal University, I was very happy. Some of my classmates in 10-F also joined in this club, so we can play badminton together. Every time when I played badminton I always felt tired, although it is tired to me, I still love it. Every time I felt very happy when I received the ball and stroked back the ball. I was enjoying it. As a competitor/athlete, I find that badminton is a very nice athletic sport; it can not only help us with more activities, but also practice our body's arthrosises. Some thing makes me happy is after this three months’ practice, I find that I am getting thin^^.
During this process, I understand that we should in conjunction when we play badminton (except the formal match). Playing badminton also can help me to change my unhealthy lifestyle and make me have more stamina. I used to eat a lot of snack and less vegetable. I also used to play the computer games and watch TV during the weekend. However, when I joined in the Badminton Club, I always play badminton with my friends in my free time. Now, step by step, I found that I have the regular working time, and I began to want to eat vegetables, I really don’t know why. Physical activities really can help us build up our bodies, and makes us have the good lifestyles. Therefore, our students should do more exercise to make us have more energy to study because nothing is more important than our health!
Through this club, I made a lot of friends and I realized that friends are more important than the match. If I don’t have so much friends, I will not be happy in the Badminton Club!
