In the evening of Jan 31st, at 5:40, my parents, my cousin and I went to the Le Mistral. The environment there is very comfortable and romantic and we smelled the perfume while we went into the restaurant’s door. The waiters were very fervor and thoughtful. They helped us sit and laid our napkin across our lap. Then, they gave us the menu and we took the order. 
At the very beginning, after we had bread, as my cousin was very lovely, he daubed a lot of butter and said it was very yummy. Then my cousin and I took the hot appetizers: Les petits bourguignons. The snails wre prepared in a classic French way, which was served with toasted brioche. Next, we had the delicious soap: Bisque of homard with sole fish, crispy spinach and dried tomatoes. After that, we had the Main Course: Loin of park, slowly simmered in herb oil broth with a final roast touch Gratons, sweet potato mousselline and green asparagus, shallot and garlic jus. My father ate: Braised turbot with Belgium endive, seasonal vegetables and eggplant caviar Ricotta with dried tomatoes lemon grass sauce. Finally, we had the desserts. The dessert’s name which I ate is: Assorted Parisian mini pastries. It is very pretty and tastes really nice!
